Vehicle Service Advisor required in Cardiff.
1. Basic salary up to £27,000 per annum pending experience.
2. Access to labour hours sold, CSI and service plan sales bonus providing an OTE of £37,000+ per annum.
3. Monday to Friday 7:30am-4:30pm & 8:30am-5:30pm on a rotating pattern, with 1 in 4 Saturday mornings.

A not-to-miss opportunity has arisen for an experienced and professional Vehicle Service Advisor for our client's franchise-approved car dealership in Cardiff, South Wales.
Reporting to the Service Manager, you will work alongside 3 Vehicle Service Advisors, where you will be managing workloads and customer deadlines by allocating tasks and ensuring our clients' customers receive the best experience. Operating a very busy department, seeing between 10-28 customers a day, this role will involve extensively liaising with the workshop to chase work in progress, keep customers informed of the progress of their vehicle, and up-sell on additional products and services where possible.
The successful candidate would ideally be able to deliver the very highest level of customer service through strong communication skills, resulting in total customer satisfaction. Strong organisational skills, along with IT literacy (any experience with Kerridge/ADP preferable), would be of high priority. Recent or current experience as a Vehicle Service Advisor or a similar role within the automotive industry would be essential for our client, and this is a fantastic chance for someone to take the next step in their career into a more senior role. A UK driving licence with minimal points is, however, essential.
