Responsibilities
* Lead daily meetings with the Lettings team
* Coaching the team to achieve KPI’s
* Monitor and assess individual team member performance (including but not limited to conducting one-to-one meetings)
* Encourage your team's development and progression
* Generate new and repeat business
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
* Liaise with Tenants and arrange property viewings in line with their needs
* Negotiate offers and agree new tenancies
* Ensure the business is risk‑averse and follows the highest compliance standards for all regulatory bodies
Essential Skills and Qualifications
* Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience within residential lettings at a Senior Negotiator position or higher
* Strong team spirit and ability to work collaboratively
* Excellent communication skills and ability to build trusting relationships with customers, suppliers, communities, and colleagues
* Ability to create and execute business plans relevant to your branch
* Ability to monitor and assess performance of local competitors
* Strong understanding of current legislation related to residential lettings
* Ability to manage time‑sensitive and high‑volume workloads
* Reputation for delivering outstanding customer service
* Capability to work independently and take initiative
* Good telephone manner
* Strong IT skills (basic Microsoft Office)
* Attention to detail

* Complete on‑target earnings of £80,000
* £2,500 for the first 3 months of employment, whilst you build your pipeline
