They are looking for an experienced, motivated Office and Operations Manager to join them right at the start of their next growth chapter : and grow with them over the next 2 to 3 years. Youll work directly with the Managing Director as the central operational hub of the business : the person who keeps everything ticking, anticipates whats needed next, and makes things happen. No two days will look the same, but youll have a natural weekly rhythm built around keeping projects on track and the business running smoothly.

: Price:checking, documentation and paperwork at pre:planning and tender stage
: CRM management - tracking enquiries, leads and client relationships
: Managing the MDs diary, correspondence and day:to:day priorities
: Supporting commercial activity: getting to market on materials pricing, supporting tender submissions
: H and S compliance documentation and RAMS workflow
: Weekly financial check:ins: monitoring spend vs budget and cashflow awareness
: Client communication : building strong relationships with new and existing customers
: Building a small but effective back office team when the time comes
