As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the restaurant, ensuring every guest receives a seamless and memorable dining experience.

Up to £40,000 per annum, including service charge
4-day working week One early finish at 5pm each week
40 hours per week
Working within a small, tight-knit and supportive team
Responsibilities as the Assistant Restaurant Manager
Supporting the Restaurant Manager in leading the front of house team
Delivering exceptional, detail-driven service throughout each sitting
Building strong relationships with guests and creating a welcoming atmosphere
Assisting with staff training and development
Contributing to the overall guest journey, from arrival through to departure
