Reward Director – Financial Services
Location: Hybrid (London & South East, 2 days/week)
Salary: up to £150k maximum, with 25% bonus and excellent benefits

Role Purpose
The Reward Director will lead all reward processes and activities, benefits, and related innovation and design. This senior role is responsible for developing and delivering the reward strategy (policy, pay, benefits, incentives) to support both short- and long-term success. The position manages a small team and works closely with senior stakeholders to ensure the reward offering attracts and retains top talent.
Key Responsibilities
1. Design, deliver, and communicate the organisational reward strategy, covering pay, benefits (including pensions), and HRIS frameworks.
2. Deliver annual reward procedures: job evaluation, benchmarking, Equal Pay audits, Gender Pay reporting, annual pay and benefits review.
