Job Description
Required to start as soon as possible, we are looking for an Exams and Assessment Officer to cover maternity leave. This role will ensure the accurate management and running of all examinations and maintain accurate pupil tracking of key assessment data, thereby assisting the Senior Leadership Team and Curriculum Leaders in raising standards within teaching and learning. The successful candidate will provide administration and data support to staff and students within the academy and provide Business Services with data and administration support.
Responsibilities
You will be expected to:
* Ensure the accurate management and running of all examinations.
* Maintain accurate pupil tracking of key assessment data.
* Assist SLT and Curriculum Leaders in raising standards within teaching and learning.
* Provide administration and data support to staff and students.
* Provide data and administration support to Business Services.
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate who:
* Has excellent communication skills.
* Has good time‑management and multitasking abilities.
* Can work to tight deadlines.
* Has strong IT skills, specifically in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
* Has experience of SIMS (an advantage, not essential – training will be provided).
