Role Objectives:
As a Senior on-ground Activations Specialist will be responsible for leading the execution and success of field marketing strategies that directly engage potential customers and enhance brand visibility. This role involves orchestrating on-ground events, managing coupon redemptions, and spearheading lead generation efforts through direct consumer interaction.
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Execute innovative field marketing campaigns, focusing on direct interactions such as coupon redemptions to drive both immediate customer engagement and long-term brand loyalty.
* Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure thorough social media coverage of events, maximizing reach and interaction across platforms.
* Lead the development and management of on-ground activations, including logistics, staffing, and budgeting to ensure seamless execution and alignment with strategic marketing goals.
* Collaborate with commercial, design and digital Marketing teams to design and implement cohesive campaigns, targeting key demographics and maximizing lead generation.
* Monitor the performance of field marketing activities, using data to report on campaign success and inform future marketing strategies.
* Build and maintain relationships with community leaders, vendors, and local organizations to support event effectiveness and foster community ties.
* Adapt marketing strategies in real time based on direct customer feedback and market dynamics.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, AND SKILLS:
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
* 3+ years of experience in field marketing, particularly in roles focused on revenue generation and market activations.
* Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful marketing strategies that have measurably increased revenue.
* Capable of overseeing agency productions and providing clear briefs to on-ground agents.
* Strong analytical skills with a proven track record in using data to drive decision-making and marketing effectiveness.
* Excellent organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
* Willingness to travel as needed to oversee field activities and engage with teams and customers directly.
