Field Technician
We are looking to recruit IT Field Engineers to join our team in the Republic of Ireland. You will need to qualify for Garda clearance to work for us and be willing to travel to customer sites and our head office in Dublin when required.

We want to hear from you if you have experience in:
* Assisting with the installation of equipment and materials using the latest contract manuals and procedural documents, maintaining quality and timeliness under the guidance of the Project Lead Engineer / Field Engineer.
* Providing technical support for installed solutions.
* Escalating issues via Field Engineer / Senior Engineer for ongoing incidents.
* Reviewing open incidents daily, managing your workflow and utilization to close out issues.
* Ideally, IP experience and knowledge of network infrastructure products / PCs.
