Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture in Nottingham and beyond.Profile A successful Talent and Development Business Partner should have: A strong background in human resources, specifically within talent management and development. Proficiency in designing and implementing employee and management training programmes. Excellent analytical skills to interpret workforce data effectively.
