To achieve Oakmed's ambition of supporting more ostomates we are expanding our commercial team with a Head of Marketing/Senior Marketing Manager. This is a new role within the organisation and
is central to our plans. We have significant branding, product and campaign projects in the next 12 months which require an experienced marketer to take the lead for the UK and to support across the group.
The role will report into the UK Managing Director and will also have close links with the Chief Marketing Officer in Berlin.
We seek a marketer with medical device experience, a proven record in successful sales campaigns, agency management skills, digital and social media experience and strong teamworking abilities.
This is a senior role, and it is also very hands-on, we are a small team, and every person counts in our success.

Candiate
We are looking for a marketeer who has experience of working with medical devices, promoting ranges to healthcare professionals and ideally patients. You will have worked with medical sales teams and created campaigns, launched with enthusiasm, and reported impact.
You will have had experience in briefing agencies and developing digital campaigns. You will be confident in analysing sales and market data and creating reports/presenting your interpretation of the results.
You are happy to get involved and take responsibility for delivering projects, diving into the details to ensure maximum impact.
Example of responsibilities
Brand Governance

You will be responsible for the products and services brands in the UK.
· Ensuring compliance with advertising and promotion standards
· You will create campaigns to highlight the benefits of Oakmed's portfolio & services.
Campaign Development
· You will lead the creation of sales campaigns, working in partnership with the Head of Sales to ensure impactful execution.
· You will work with the corporate marketing function to deliver digital campaigns.
· Plan and manage our go-to-market strategy for product launches.
· Responsibility for demand generation campaigns
Performance Management
· You will analyse market share growth and other KPIs, presenting opportunities for the organisation with an actionable plan.
· You will be responsible for optimising the marketing budget and agreeing on a rolling activity plan.
Account Management
· You will create strong relationships with key NHS stakeholders and ostomates.
· You will identify opportunities for Oakmed to support stakeholders and develop partnerships.
Experience:
· Medical device marketing would be ideal.
· You have created and delivered campaigns to sales teams.
· Digital and Social marketing experience would be highly advantageous.
· Degree level education or significant work experience in the relevant field
· Insights are key, and we are looking for someone competent in creating and presenting reports.
