My client is upgrading their Dynamics CRM platform from 8.1 to 9.1 and is looking for a consultant who has been through this process before. Their internal infrastructure team is running the upgrade but is encountering some issues, so they’re seeking someone who can help troubleshoot, guide the team, and keep the project moving.
This will likely be a short assignment of around 2–3 weeks, starting as soon as possible.
What you’ll do
Support and advise the internal team during the upgrade
Help identify and resolve any blockers that come up
Provide practical guidance to ensure a smooth and stable transition to 9.1
What we’re looking for
Experience upgrading Dynamics CRM 8.𝑥 to 9.𝑥
Strong understanding of the older CRM platform and how upgrades typically behave
Someone comfortable working with IT/infrastructure teams and solving issues as they arise
