Eventus Legal is seeking a Residential Conveyancer, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer to join a well regarded and friendly law firm based in Doncaster, South Yorkshire. This is a permanent, full time job, working 9 – 4pm Monday to Friday. This is ideally an office based position although there is flexibility to work from home one day a week. The incoming Residential Conveyancing Solicitor will benefit from a competitive salary of up to £50,000 DOE, a supportive environment with a positive work life balance. Role Responsibilities
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a high performing and supportive conveyancing team in Doncaster, South Yorkshire. This is a fantastic opportunity with partnership opportunities with an expanding firm for the right candidate. You will be an experienced professional, manage your own cases, take the lead in driving files forward, and provide technical guidance and support within a close knit, dynamic and collaborative team.
* Managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction to completion
* Reviewing and reporting on title, raising enquiries, and preparing detailed reports for clients
* Providing clear, practical, and high quality legal advice to both private and lender clients
* Supporting and mentoring junior team members with technical guidance and workflow management
* Ensuring an outstanding client experience at every stage of the transaction
* Collaborating closely with the wider property department and other internal teams
Person Specification
The successful Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer will be someone with strong technical skills, the ability to manage a busy caseload independently and a collaborative approach to team working. You will be:
* A Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with 2+ years PQE in residential property, or not formally qualified but experienced in running your own caseload
* A confident communicator who can liaise effectively with clients, agents, and team members
* Experienced in managing residential sale and purchase transactions from instruction to completion
* Proactive and organised with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
* Comfortable with business development activity including networking and relationship building
* Commitment to personal and professional development
* Experience using Leap Software or other case management experience
