My client possesses one of the finest property teams in the Southeast. Their market-leading development team works with housebuilders across the region and nationally, advising on the complete lifecycle of a new build property matters. They are seeking a mid to senior level solicitor to join their dynamic and friendly team, promising exposure to high-level work at the leading edge of the property development market.
As a valued member of the team, you will be responsible for:
* Advising a wide range of national and regional housebuilder clients, on matters relating to land acquisition deals, strategic option agreements and a wealth of ancillary work in transfers, funding agreements and more.
* Working for property developers on brownfield regeneration.
* Acting for housebuilder clients on large scale disposals and bulk selling.
* Mentoring and assisting junior members of the team.
* Engaging in business development and client training events.
