We are seeking an exceptional Head Banqueting Chef to lead the banqueting and events kitchen of a prestigious 5-star luxury hotel in North London. This is a high-profile role overseeing large-scale, high-end events including weddings, galas, corporate functions and VIP private dining.

The Role
As Head Banqueting Chef, you will:
Lead, inspire and develop a large banqueting kitchen brigade
Plan and execute high-volume events ranging from intimate VIP dinners to 500+ covers
Work closely with the Executive Chef and Events team to create seasonal, innovative menus
Ensure exceptional food quality, presentation and consistency at every event
Manage kitchen operations including ordering, cost control, staffing and rotas
Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, safety and compliance
Drive creativity and continuously elevate the banqueting offering
About You
We are looking for someone who:
Is currently a Head Banqueting Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a luxury hotel or premium events venue
Has strong experience delivering large-scale, high-end banqueting and events
Is a natural leader who can motivate and develop teams
