The Role
As a Psychology Graduate SEND Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEND
* Support emotional regulation, behaviour, and social development
* Assist teachers and SENCOs with tailored learning strategies
* Help deliver structured interventions and learning activities
* Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils
* Be a calm, consistent, and supportive role model
