Supporting children aged 7 to 17 with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and Mild Learning Difficulties

Your Role
* Provide high-quality consistent care and support to children aged 7 to 17
* Work closely with your team to create a nurturing safe and structured environment
* Support young people with complex emotional and behavioural needs
* Promote positive routines, independence and emotional well‑being
* Be a positive role model and help young people thrive
Shift Pattern & Salary
* Hours: 8am – 8pm shifts
* Contract Options: 36, 40 or 48 hours per week
* Hourly Rate: £14.50
* Sleep‑in Rate: £52 per night (overtime and additional shifts available)
* Sleep‑ins: £810 per month (as per rota)

What We’re Looking For
Essential Requirements:
* Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent recognised Level 3 qualification)
* Experience working in residential childcare or a related field
* Full UK driving licence
* Minimum age: 21 (in line with Ofsted requirements)
* Experience supporting children with complex emotional needs
* A calm, consistent and nurturing approach
