Rate of Pay: £18-£25 per hour (depending on experience)

We are currently recruiting a Supply Chain Co-ordinator to support our dynamic Supply Chain department. This role plays a vital part in analysing and reporting on the supply of parts to production, ensuring the efficient resolution of shortages and improving overall supply chain performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyse and report on critical WBS shortages using Kit Fill Analysis (focus on issues within 10 days of build).
Collaborate with the Integrated Project Team (IPT) to resolve supply issues efficiently.
Represent the Supply Chain function in production meetings and during any line stoppages.
Work alongside Tactical Buyers to manage supply issues and participate in supplier calls.
Support line MRB activities with a focus on liability, including:
Dispositioning parts with IPT.
Raising rework POs.
Identifying recurring issues and recommending process improvements.
Assisting with closing PDVs.
Raise and manage Rapid Response orders with correct PPV coding.
Partner with the Value Stream team to resolve sourcing and procurement issues.
Identify and implement continuous improvements across the supply chain process.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar supply chain role (preferably in a production/manufacturing environment).
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Confident in cross-functional team collaboration.
Proactive in problem-solving and process improvement.
