Key requirements:
* NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing (or City & Guilds Equivalent)
* Valid JIB
* Proven Experience in Maintenance Plumbing
* Valid DBS or be able to pass one
* Competent with commercial pipework
* Own tools and Transport
* Ability to work independently to a high standard
Job Spec:
* General Plumbing maintenance works
* Minor pipework adjustments and repairs
* ensuring work areas are left clean and compliant
* Maintaining high H&S and workmanship standards
