Our client a Logistics Company based in Magna Park is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join the team on a 6 month temporary basis. The shift will be Monday to Friday 0600 to 1500 and pays £12.71 per hour
Key responsibilities would include the following:
* Handle customer queries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a professional and timely manner. ·
* Make outbound customer calls to provide updates, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.
* Monitor and achieve KPIs related to customer service performance.
* Use internal systems including Sharp to manage customer information and service records.
* Maintain and update spreadsheets and reports using Microsoft Excel with a high level of accuracy.
* Communicate effectively with internal departments to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
* Work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and ownership of tasks.
