About The Role
As a Learning & Development Business Partner, you will serve as a strategic advisor and consultant to senior leaders across the organization. You will define and scope learning and development requirements aligned with Siemens strategies, working across all functional groups to ensure consistency. You will act as the main contact for L&D, liaising with other teams to source content, leverage best practices, and utilize existing resources before developing new courses or programs.
Responsibilities
1. Engage with senior leaders to understand their learning needs and align them with organizational strategies.
2. Define and scope L&D requirements, coordinating with the broader team to ensure an integrated approach.
3. Serve as the primary contact for all L&D-related matters, promoting collaboration across the organization.
4. Utilize existing content and resources to meet learning needs, recommending new development only when necessary.
5. Provide guidance to leaders on L&D policies, strategies, and planning.
Qualifications & Experience
1. Proven experience in learning and development, especially in business partnering and requirement scoping aligned with strategy.
2. Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
4. Experience with learning platforms and adult learning principles, including their evolution.
5. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
