An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Yeovil Head Office as Operations Coordinator. This position is on a permanent full-time contract, 37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday. The Role: As Operations Coordinator you will work alongside the Operations Manager and the team to ensure the smooth running of daily business, providing operational support to all Consol studios. Supporting the Operations Assistant with the day-to-day operational studio needs and queries submitted by staff, customers and suppliers. Leading on the management of customer facing communications, including complaints and advice to our Helpline department. Pulling and assessing a variety of reports using bespoke software. Leading payroll processing and commission calculations. Sharing responsibility for timesheet checking with the Operations Assistant, dealing and reporting any inconsistencies. Supporting the Operations Manager to create proposals for operational improvements. Delivering day to day roll out of company-wide operational updates and projects. Maintain company-wide Health and Safety record, as well as assisting with GDPR queries. Assisting with new studio site set-ups and administration. You will have: Strong organisational skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Considerable competency in Microsoft Office Suite – proficiency in Excel specifically. Strong analytical skills. Ability to assess and prioritise multiple tasks. Outstanding interpersonal skills/able to build solid relationships with 3rd party vendors and staff throughout our organisation. Proactive nature, with a can-do attitude and willingness to learn. Previous experience in a similar role or examples of transferable skills. What we offer: Competitive salary, £30,000 - £32,000 dependant on experience.
