Without sufficient evidence your application may not progress.</b></p><h3>Main duties of the job</h3><p><b>About the Role</b></p><p>As a Band 5 Physical Health Nurse, youll work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic care to residents. Youll be involved in emergency response, screening, vaccination clinics, and nurse-led care delivery across the prison.</p><p>Your responsibilities will include:</p><ul><li>Delivering safe, effective, and person-centred care</li><li>Conducting assessments, triage, and risk evaluations</li><li>Administering medications and maintaining accurate records</li><li>Participating in audits, clinical governance, and service improvement</li><li>Supporting junior staff and contributing to team development</li></ul><h3>About us</h3><p>NHFT is an NHS Community and Mental Health Foundation Trust, providing physical, mental health and specialty services in hospital settings and in the community.
