Rail Gourmet UK is seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Team Leader for East Midlands Trains at Derby Station.
Pay Rate: £13.52 per hour.
Hours: Full Time (40 hours).
Shifts: Rotational shifts between 5am to 1pm or 7am to 3pm including weekends. You must be flexible to cover any shift time between 3am - 5pm if required.
Applicants must be 18 years or older due to certain responsibilities within the role.

AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM LEADER YOU'LL:
* Oversee efficient loading/unloading of catering equipment and stock from trains.
* Manage order assembly and maintain precise control over inventory.
* Ensure strict compliance with Health & Safety/Food Hygiene Regulations.
* Strategically place products to minimize wastage through effective rotation.
