Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm, with alternate Saturdays 9am to 1pm
About the Role
Our Service Advisors play a key role in delivering an outstanding experience for all service and vehicle repair customers. As the main point of contact, you will ensure every customer feels valued, informed, and confident throughout their journey with us.
We are looking for a confident communicator who is passionate about delivering a five‑star customer experience. This customer‑facing role would suit someone with experience in a customer service environment. Previous motor‑trade experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
Day to Day Duties
* Handling customer enquiries in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
* Liaising closely with the workshop to ensure work progresses smoothly
* Managing computer‑based job cards and invoicing processes
* Maintaining accurate customer records, including vehicle details and service history
* Keeping up to date with aftersales products and services, and upselling where appropriate
* Ensuring the customer database is accurate and consistently updated
* Advising customers of any faults identified on their vehicle and offering suitable solutions
* Handling dissatisfied customers with empathy, professionalism, and a focus on resolution
Person Requirements
* A full UK driving licence
* Confidence to resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
* Strong IT skills and confidence using computer systems
* Ability to multitask in a busy, fast‑paced environment
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability and willingness to follow defined processes and guidelines
* Good administrative skills to ensure customer information is captured accurately
