Offer description

Responsibilities

* Responding to all incoming post and SMSs in accordance with daily targets and ensuring responses are well written, complying with all guidelines and legislation
* Answering our Webchat service, corresponding with debtors live
* Actioning cases in our internal ‘All Incoming Communications’ preset and sending letters/ emails as instructed
* Dealing with debtor disputes by liaising with our Clients, ensuring queries are dealt with quickly and efficiently
* Applying Breathing Space holds


Qualifications & Experience

* Grade C or above in English at GSCE level
* Minimum 12 months work experience in an administrative role
* Proven Literacy Skills
* Computer Literate inc. reasonable typing speed & good knowledge of Microsoft Word

Salary, Information & Benefits

* Competitive salary - £25,500 basic salary per annum
* Working Hours - 37 Hours per week, Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm with a 5pm finish on Fridays
