Deepsky is a Miramar Global company, a group dedicated to solving the leadership gap through acquiring exceptional talent (Miramar Executive Search), developing exceptional leaders (Deepsky), and personal development through a tech-enabled membership platform for high performance (RISE).

Responsibilities:

* Responsible for the generation of sales revenue and the development of key accounts for Deepsky. You are accountable for meeting the annual revenue target for the business.
* Actively lead on the interface with marketing to support brand awareness and lead generation
* Support development and ongoing enhancements of RISE to expand membership, with particular focus on enterprise sales and channel development (target to be agreed)
* Manage the interface with our Miramar team to enable lead generation and introductions through our executive search network
* Lead cold outreach and lead generation activities – managing the Associate in this role
* Primary sales interface with new and existing accounts to shape opportunities and evolve these into deals
* Own the overall proposal process, with input from Deepsky Coaches from a technical perspective
* Contribute to ongoing business strategy seeking short, medium, and long-term market opportunities for Deepsky and RISE

Requirements:

* Proven experience in the sale of consulting services to a range of mid and large-cap multinationals
* Sales-oriented and driven to deliver on revenue targets
* Track record in winning and developing strategic accounts
* Demonstrate a strong grasp of using marketing to build brand reach and position
* Strong cultural fit bringing values of customer-centricity, team focus, high accountability, and quality.
* Passionate about high performance and development
