We are recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator in a financial services company based in Liverpool. This role involves responding to email queries from investors and professionals while adhering to compliance and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
* Respond to email queries from investors and professionals, ensuring compliance and regulatory requirements.
* Prioritise queries and coordinate with other departments to identify root causes.
* Type and administer correspondence to clients/investors, meeting deadlines.
* Maintain quality and accuracy in all customer and investor correspondence.
Requirements
* Customer service experience, including complaint handling, inbound processing, or banking roles.
* Strong independent and team working skills.
* Previous experience resolving complaints.
