What youll be responsible for:
* Leading a talented team across rooms, food & beverage, and front-of-house to deliver exceptional, warm and consistent service
* Driving commercial results through smart revenue management, proactive sales, and cost control
* Being the face of the hotel engaging with guests, the local community and our IHG brand partners
* Creating a culture of ownership, accountability, and development building tomorrows leaders today
* Overseeing brand standards, compliance, guest feedback and operational excellence
* Championing sustainability and innovation as we continue to evolve the voco brand experience
Atlantic Gate, our signature restaurant and bar, is central to the hotels identity. With its relaxed all-day dining concept, creative seasonal menus, and lively atmosphere, its more than just a dining spaceits a destination for guests and locals alike. Youll play a key role in ensuring the F&B operation is profitable, consistent, and memorable, working closely with your Head Chef and F&B team to drive standards, creativity, and guest loyalty.
What were looking for:
* A proven General Manager or Hotel Leader with experience in upscale or lifestyle properties
* Commercially sharp, with a strong grasp of revenue strategy, cost control and guest satisfaction
* A people-first leader who thrives on developing others, creating positive cultures, and getting the best from diverse teams
* An eye for detail with the ability to step back and think big picture
* Familiarity with IHG systems or branded hotel environments is a bonus
* Someone who can blend the style of voco with the operational edge of Valor
