The UK FKPE office has recently promoted the very successful Jurassic World: The Exhibition, Disney100: The Exhibition, and Formula 1® The Exhibition, winning two Access All Areas awards in 2022 and 2024 for Best Visitor Experience. Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, and proactive Ticketing Assistant to join our dynamic team. You will be assisting the Head of Ticketing in managing and maintaining events across UK & Europe.
Who we are looking for
• Some ticketing experience preferred
• Excellent numeracy skills and advanced Excel proficiency
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage workload during peak seasons
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Attention to detail

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook)

Key Responsibilities
• Set up of exhibitions & special projects managing the events prior to on sale through to closed gates.
• Liaise with promoters and ticketing companies to ensure correct setup.
• Inventory Management.
• Work with all relevant departments to ensure the configuration of all events maximising opportunities for sales in required formats.
• Assist with onsite ticketing setup.
• Manage internal guestlists and invitations to our experiences.
• Maintain all ticketing folders (via Outlook and Cloud) to ensure all required information is easily accessible.
• Daily reporting of sales figures to promoters as required.
• Weekly reporting of sales to the company and producers of each project.
• Work with other team members to assist as required to ensure smooth running of the department.
