The role combines day-to-day HR partnering support (e.g., employee lifecycle, policy guidance, documentation, stakeholder coordination) with HR analytics (e.g., presentations, dashboards, reporting, metrics, and insights to improve decision-making). Key Responsibilities: Partnering Support Support the HR Partner/HRBP in delivering core HR services across the employee lifecycle Effective handling of routine HR cases and lifecycle changes with strong customer satisfaction.
