Salary: Grade D SCP 6 (£25,183) to SCP 11 (£27,269) with an additional 7% allowance for out-of-hours work.
Contract: Permanent, 37 hours per week.

The Role: The role involves collecting disability equipment when no longer required, assisting with decontamination, selecting stock items for delivery, loading vehicles safely, and delivering and fitting disability equipment across Bolton borough.
Additional duties include loading and unloading council vehicles, maintaining transport logs, using handheld devices for picking and delivering products, and collecting equipment when no longer needed.
The role requires working rota’d hours, including weekends and bank holidays, working as part of a team, and assisting with equipment decontamination as needed.
About You: The Integrated Community Equipment Service seeks a Driver/Fitter to join our team, supporting service users to maintain independence at home. You should be able to work rota’d hours, communicate effectively, work independently and as part of a team, and hold a full UK driving licence with a driving assessment as part of the selection process.
