We're looking for a Sales Team Leader who'll be responsible for overseeing a team of Sales Advisors who support clients and referral partners throughout our quote process. You will play a critical role in optimising sales conversion through our contact centre and building engagement with our referral partners.
On any given day you could be doing many of the following:
* Make and oversee follow up calls to prospective clients who have requested a quote to answer questions and drive quote conversion
* Oversee the onboarding and relationship management of referral partners
* Design and optimise contact flows and create personalised phone and email scripts for different client segments
* Manage, coach and mentor a team of Sales Advisors
* Monitor calls to improve quality, minimise errors and track team performance
* Handle and resolve complex enquiries
* Evaluate performance using key metrics to identify improvements and training needs
* Use client feedback to enhance sales procedures, policies and standards
* Deliver individual and team KPIs that provide excellent client service and satisfaction
* Recruit and retain new team members to support company growth
Requirements
* Proven B2C contact centre experience, ideally from a startup or high growth environment
* Proven experience of managing successful sales teams
* Experience designing and optimising contact flows
* Experience of objection handling and creating messaging for different client segments
* Warm and personable communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong analytical skills and an affinity for data driven decision making
* Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
* Experience coaching and mentors sales team members
