Overview
We are currently looking for both full-time and part-time Hospitality Team Members to join our team working 20/40 hours per week. We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic candidates with a passion for delivering excellent customer service and a flexible attitude towards changing priorities and procedures, including changes to shifts/rotas.
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Hospitality Team Member to join our vibrant team at Sports Bar! Candidates must be fully flexible to work a variety of shifts; including weekends, nights and bank holidays.
Responsibilities
* Ensuring an exceptional standard of customer care, whilst adhering to all company procedures, processes, health & safety and hygiene regulations.
* Being an effective team player who contributes to continuous business improvement.
* Till operation and cash handling.
* Waiting tables and clearing of cutlery and glasses from customers, ensuring all items are washed/cleaned and stored correctly.
* Identify any food and beverage requirements using a proactive approach where appropriate.
* Ensuring all areas of the casino areas are always kept clean and tidy.
