Location: London (Hybrid, 3 days a week in the office)

The Role:
We’re looking for a proactive and organised Marketing Assistant to join our UK team. This role supports our flagship brands — PG Tips, Pukka, and Lipton — helping to deliver campaigns, events, and product launches. You can expect lots of variety in the role and a chance to get under the skin of some iconic brands (plus lots of free tea)!
It’s ideal for:.
* An administrator looking for a move or to expand their experience, or
* An entry-level marketer eager to gain hands-on experience and exposure across multiple brands and learn from industry experts.
You’ll be a key member of the marketing team, working closely with brand managers, the wider marketing team, and other departments such as Finance, Sales, and R&D. No two days will be the same — you could be co-ordinating a photoshoot one day and consolidating budgets the next.
What You’ll Do
1. Project & Budget Support
* Raise purchase orders, track invoices, and keep budget trackers up to date.
* Consolidate brand budgets at the end of each month and ensure forecast accuracy.
* Give quarterly brand forecast updates to finance
* Forecast and track agency payment schedule highlight urgent payment requests and managing credit limits.
* Help manage project timelines and ensure activities are delivered on time and within budget.
* Liaise with suppliers and agencies, ensuring smooth onboarding and clear communication on payment schedules.
2. Brand Campaigns & Activations
* Support the delivery of marketing campaigns and retail promotions.
* Help organise events, product sampling, and in-store activities.
* Co-ordinate logistics for PR mail-outs, photoshoots, and internal brand events.
* Source and order brand merchandise and materials
3. Digital, PR & Creative Assets
* Maintain and upload brand assets to online platforms (Bynder, Brandbank, Amazon).
* Support with social media content preparation and PR activities.
* Ensure creative materials are stored, organised, and easy for the team to access.
4. Product & Market Support
* Assist with product launch preparations, including sample requests and competitor product research.
* Help arrange internal tastings and prepare materials for brand cascades and key internal & external meetings.
* Support customer service ensuring supporting on careline for Pukka managing the customer service with PHL is connected and up to date and have sufficient stock for ongoing delivery. For PG/Lipton ensuing Fulfilment matters has stock and managing Savi.
* Support with simple artwork resizing requests and key customer requests.
* Support the brand & shopper team to set up product reviews with Roamler.
5. Communication & Collaboration
* Keep internal teams updated on campaign progress.
* Liaise with external agencies to ensure smooth project delivery.
What We’re Looking For:
Essential:
* Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
* Confidence working with budgets, invoices, and basic finance systems.
* Ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Desirable:
* 1 years’ admin experience (ideally in marketing, FMCG, retail, or office-based).
* Experience in marketing, FMCG, food & drink, or product launches.
* Basic knowledge of digital marketing or social media campaigns.
* Experience working with external agencies or suppliers.
