Were looking for a talented Head Chef to lead our kitchen and deliver high-quality, seasonal food in a welcoming and community-focused Club environment.
Youll be responsible for day-to-day kitchen operations, menu planning, food preparation, budgeting, stock control, and team management. This is a hands-on leadership role with the opportunity to put your own stamp on the kitchen and contribute to the Clubs growing reputation for excellent food and service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver fresh, seasonal menus within budget
* Lead a small kitchen team with a focus on quality and consistency
* Oversee food prep, service, cleaning, and stock control
* Train, motivate, and manage kitchen staff
* Maintain high hygiene, food safety, and health & safety standards
* Collaborate with the Operations Manager and Club Secretary
* Ensure a positive experience for all members, guests, and visitors
What Were Looking For:
* Previous experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef
* Great people and kitchen management skills
* Calm under pressure and organised in a busy environment
* Understanding of food costings and financial targets
* Food Hygiene and Health & Safety qualifications
* A passion for good food and excellent service
