Key Responsibilities
* Lead or support commercial activities related to S4/Hana roll‑outs/implementations.
* Lead or support solutioning required by Life Sciences and Pharma clients.
* Determine business needs via consultation, business analysis, and targeted observations.
* Assess existing IT infrastructure and recommend improvements.
* Develop and configure customized SAP solutions.
* Deploy SAP solutions and ensure smooth system integration.
* Perform thorough documentation of SAP processes and present progress reports.
* Keep abreast of the latest SAP offerings, updates, and developments.
* Have previous experience managing SAP transformation projects, preferably in Pharma & Life Sciences and familiarity with GxP requirements.
* Be familiar with SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA: know the corresponding processes and functions as well as at least one of the SAP modules (e.g., FICO, IBP, APO, MDG, Logistics, Manufacturing, QM, OTC, GTS etc).
* Experience in large global end‑to‑end implementation in SAP ECC and S/4 transformation projects.
* Have exceptional communication skills and experience communicating and influencing C‑suite executives.
* Be fluent in English, and another European language would be beneficial.
Qualifications
Previous experience managing SAP transformation projects, preferably in Pharma & Life Sciences and familiarity with GxP requirements.
Familiarity with SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA, with at least one SAP module.
Experience in large global end‑to‑end implementations in SAP ECC and S/4 transformation projects.
Exceptional communication skills and experience influencing C‑suite executives.
Fluency in English; knowledge of another European language is beneficial.
