The fundamental purpose of this role is to improve efficiency, productivity, and net profit levels through the effective management and control of all available resources.
The Senior Manager builds and implements detailed plans to achieve business unit and company objectives, as set out and agreed by the Senior Leadership Team. While this role primarily directs the activity of one business unit, it also impacts global affairs.

Responsibilities and Requirements
* Proactively develop new business contacts for contractor requests.
* Build and implement plans to meet sales, financial, and budget goals, with performance monitoring and reporting.
* Identify business objectives and success factors to manage daily sales and admin activities.
* Set and review objectives with direct reports regularly.
* Identify training needs and collaborate with staff development coaches to enhance competencies.
* Participate in site visits (UK and overseas) and assist in related activities.
* Monitor service levels, refine customer service, and improve standards of supply and support.
* Introduce new services to clients within geographic boundaries.
* Promote open communication and uphold the company’s vision and values.
* Develop a success culture based on objectives, responsibility, and customer satisfaction.
* Ensure legal and contractual compliance in operations.
* Support sales management with team coverage during absences.
