Restore Technology is looking for a Remarketing Administrator to help keep our Runcorn operations running like clockwork. What you’ll be doing You’ll be at the heart of our remarketing team, making sure our administrative processes run smoothly from start to finish. From processing purchase orders and invoices to liaising with our warehouse and logistics teams, you’ll be the go-to person who keeps things moving. Your role will include: Managing remarketing administration and paperwork Producing and documenting signed purchase orders Adding completed invoices to finance spreadsheets and sending them to customers Updating key systems such as STAR and Affinity for sales reporting Matching outbound orders to invoices and uploading signed documents Co-ordinating customer collections and deliveries with our warehouse and logistics teams Keeping ‘sold not shipped’ records up to date Answering calls and taking messages in team members’ absence What we’re looking for Strong organisational and communication skills Excellent attention to detail – you can spot an error a mile away Good numeracy and IT skills A team player who can work well with colleagues and hand over tasks smoothly Ability to work to deadlines and targets A flexible, can-do attitude Previous warehouse administration experience is desirable but not essential About The Company Restore Commitment to Disability Confidence We assess candidates based on their experience and suitability for the role, as outlined in their CV and application.
