What You’ll Be Doing
1. Actively participate as part of the multi-disciplinary outpatient team to deliver excellent care.
2. Support clinics by taking patient observations, recording appointment outcomes, and completing documentation.
3. Assist patients and act as a chaperone during clinical examinations and procedures.
4. Carry out routine care tasks to maintain patient health and wellbeing.
5. Report any changes in patients’ conditions to senior staff and ensure safety protocols are followed.
6. Help with administrative duties such as answering calls, relaying messages, and completing timesheets.
7. Attend mandatory training and complete relevant e-learning.
Uphold infection control standards and maintain patient dignity, privacy, and confidentiality.
About You
8. Passionate and empathetic, with excellent communication skills.
9. Experienced in patient care within a hospital or care setting
10. NVQ Level 1, 2, or 3 in Health and Social Care (or willingness to train).
11. Proactive, forward-thinking, and committed to continuous learning.
12. Good computer skills and experience in a patient-facing role.
13. UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Location: The Horder Centre, Crowborough
Contract Type: 25 hours per week
Shift Patterns: Availability between 07.30am - 7.00pm
Pro-rata Salary:up to £16,484 per annum (dependant on experience and relevant qualifications).
