The Opportunity
If you’re an experienced Account Manager, Recruiter, or Delivery Consultant who’s built deep relationships with clients and contractors, this is a chance to step into a more strategic, commercial, and operational role.
You’ll take ownership of our partner and associate network — the engine behind BrightBox’s delivery — ensuring quality, engagement, and performance across our flexible tech workforce.
What You’ll Do
Partner Management
* Build and manage relationships across BrightBox’s global supplier and partner network, driving collaboration and value.
* Define and embed a scalable partner management framework that ensures performance, compliance, and growth.
* Oversee onboarding, reviews, and escalations — maintaining trust and quality across every engagement.
* Negotiate competitive terms and ensure partner alignment with BrightBox and client expectations.
* Spot opportunities for collaboration, cross-sell, and added value within the partner ecosystem.
Associate (Contractor) Management
* Own the end-to-end associate experience — onboarding through to engagement and offboarding.
* Act as the key point of contact for associates, resolving issues, capturing feedback, and ensuring a great experience.
* Ensure all compliance, documentation, and IR35/AWR requirements are completed accurately and on time.
* Use systems and automation to improve visibility, reporting, and operational efficiency.
* Track and report key metrics — retention, utilisation, engagement — to inform continuous improvement.
Collaboration & Delivery
* Work closely with Account, Delivery, and Operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding, high performance, and rapid issue resolution.
* Contribute to process improvement and scalability initiatives across the business.
What You Bring
* Proven background in recruitment, account management, or talent delivery — ideally in IT, digital, or tech sectors.
* Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
* A commercial, solutions-focused mindset — comfortable negotiating, problem-solving, and improving processes.
* An eye for detail with a genuine interest in compliance, governance, and service quality.
* Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM or ATS systems; excited about using data and automation to drive results.
* Resilient, proactive, and collaborative — someone who enjoys making things work better and smarter.
