The Role...
We are seeking an experienced Breakfast Chef to join our Central London team at Little House Mayfair (W1J 5PA ). As a breakfast chef you would be responsible to prepare and deliver breakfast service, providing a high standard of fresh food off the club breakfast menu. You'll oversee the checking of all early morning deliveries and also be able to undertake a varied list of food preparation for the kitchen on a daily basis.
What we are looking for...
1-2 years' experience in a busy high-profile kitchen
Team player who communicates well with all colleagues
Punctual, reliable and trustworthy
Sense of urgency
Yes, yes, yes mentality
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Have a genuine passion for food and beverage
Flexible and available to working both opening and closing shifts when required
* If you don't have previous experience but want to learn how to be a Chef in the future, try applying to a 'Kitchen Porter' position instead

Mon - Weds - 7:30am to 1am
Thurs - Fri - 7:30am - 2am
Saturday - 9am to 2am
Sunday - 10am to 6pm
