Role Overview
We are seeking a Teaching Assistant (Student Success Specialist) to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
* Act as the first point of contact for parents and students via phone, email, WhatsApp, and live chat.
* Use your teaching assistant knowledge of GCSE Maths, English, and Science to guide students to the right resources.
* Support onboarding: setting up logins, timetables, and helping families navigate our platform.
* Track student progress and follow up with parents to ensure satisfaction.
* Work with tutors and the admin team to resolve issues quickly.
* Keep accurate records of communications and student data.
* Carry out general administrative tasks to support the wider team.
