Job Title: Business Development Manager

Do you love building new strategic and tech-driven businesses? Join the SmartHub team as a Business Development Manager!

The vision of the SmartHub team is to digitize brand owners and selling partners by providing a suite of product offerings across the business's lifecycle. We are building a platform to help sellers manage all their post-purchase operations, including order management, warehouse management, returns management, planning, and shipping.


Key Responsibilities

* Own the end-to-end launch and post-launch engagement of our customer programs.
* Drive adoption of new and existing product features to ensure client success.
* Collaborate with product, tech, and support teams to resolve recurring post-launch issues and sustain client relationships.
* Identify opportunities within the SmartHub product or feature sets based on customer insights and work with internal teams to build trust.
* Lead seller acquisition and scale-up efforts, being hands-on, detail-oriented, and highly motivated.
* Understand technology-led businesses and derive actionable insights from customer feedback.
* Operate effectively in a rapidly changing environment, managing ambiguity and challenging situations.


Basic Qualifications

* 4+ years of sales experience.
* Experience analyzing data to assess performance drivers.
* Proven ability to close sales and generate revenue.


Preferred Qualifications

* Experience influencing C-level executives.
* B2B sales experience.
