About the role
Aqua Libra designs, manufactures and supplies a range of industry‑leading, energy‑efficient water dispensers. We play a key role in driving progress towards net zero and supporting our customers on their sustainability journeys. Our innovative approach allows us to look beyond the bottle and offer drinking water solutions that are both great‑tasting and better for the planet.
As one of our Service Engineers, you will install, service and repair purified chilled, still, sparkling and boiling drinking water systems across a variety of business premises throughout the UK.
Responsibilities
* Install, service and repair purified chilled, still, sparkling and boiling drinking water systems.
* Prioritise a diverse workload alongside peers and the planning team to ensure all tasks are completed within service level expectations and with maximum efficiency.
* Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety legislation and relevant company procedures.
Experience and Key Attributes
* Experience and knowledge within the water vending industry is highly desirable.
* Skills and experience with water cooling systems, carbonators, boilers and filtration systems.
* Strong problem‑solving skills, with a logical and methodical approach to fault‑finding.
* Background or qualification in plumbing or water vending is desirable but not essential; full training and support will be provided for the right candidate.
* Experience working in a customer‑facing or field‑based service environment is advantageous but not essential.
* Competent in using basic IT systems, including Microsoft Office.
* A full UK driving licence is essential.
* Self‑motivated, with the ability to work independently or as part of a small team, consistently achieving strong results and demonstrating a commitment to continuous development.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with both internal teams and external customers.
* Able to thrive in a diverse, fast‑paced, field‑based environment while consistently delivering world‑class service.
