Overview
Hubble is one of the UK’s leading PropTech startups, recently acquired by international real-estate software company, Yardi, to continue changing the face of commercial property. We’ve built the best online platform to help businesses rent, manage and share office space. Our mission is to find the perfect home for every company.
We’re on the lookout for a Junior Account Executive to join our Office Advisory Team.
You'll have a year or two of sales experience. You should be willing to get stuck in, with a very ‘hands-on’ approach and work autonomously in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment. We’re looking for someone extremely ambitious that can think critically about problems and relentlessly execute to find solutions. You will be part of a small team of Advisors, and you will be primarily responsible for helping our clients find office space. This role is an opportunity to operate at the forefront of an office space revolution, and use your skills to make a major impact on the London market.
Responsibilities
* Be a Trusted Advisor: Stay up to date with London’s flexible office market trends, pricing, and availability to provide clients with expert guidance and competitive insights. This makes you a specialist in the flex industry and you can be relied upon for insights and local knowledge.
* Client Relationship Management: Create and maintain relationships with small businesses in the London area.
* Handle Inbound Enquires: Receive and prioritise inbound office leads generated from the Hubble site. Discuss requirements and send recommendations to clients. Drive conversion from lead to viewing.
* Deal Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations between tenants and office providers, using your experience to get the best terms. Drive new business and revenue by successfully closing transactions and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the broader team including marketing, operations, and tech, to optimize the performance of the whole team.
* Be in the Mix: Attend broker events to expand property knowledge and develop relationships with office operators/providers/agents.
Requirements
* Experience: 1-3 years of sales experience. Any industry is considered, real-estate is a bonus.
* Market Knowledge: No prior knowledge required, but must have a willingness to learn about the flexible office market in London, including major providers, trends, and pricing structures.
* Sales & Negotiation Skills: Ability to demonstrate strong soft-skills in relation to sales and negotiation.
* Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using new software and a frequent user and embracer of new technologies.
* Team Player: High willingness to work within a highly functioning team, supporting and covering when required and keen to collaborate and positively contribute to team goals
