We are seeking a highly organised Administrator with hands-on experience in domiciliary care to join our supportive office team. This is a dual role combining essential administration duties with occasional hands-on care delivery during emergencies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform day-to-day administrative tasks within the office
* Update and maintain accurate care plans and client records
* Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and company policies
* Support the care team with scheduling, rota management, and general office duties
* Provide hands-on care to clients in emergency situations as needed
Requirements:
* Previous experience working in a domiciliary care provider
* Strong administrative skills and attention to detail
* Experience as a care giver is essential
* Must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own car
* Must have the right to live and work in the UK (sponsorship is not available)
* Good understanding of CQC compliance requirements
* Flexible, proactive, and able to work under pressure
