Role: Data Analyst
Location: Remote
Role Overview:
We are hiring a Data Analyst to transform Joveo's operational and product
data into insights that drive smarter decisions across the business. You
will be the bridge between raw data and strategic clarity — building
dashboards, conducting analyses, and answering the questions that matter.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and business opportunities
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports for product, operations, and leadership teams
- Define and track KPIs across business functions and product areas
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure data quality and pipeline reliability
- Design and evaluate A/B tests and present findings with statistical rigor
- Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable business narratives
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in SQL for complex data querying and analysis
- Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or Metabase
- Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and visualization
- Solid understanding of statistical concepts and analytical methods
- Experience working with large datasets in cloud warehouses (BigQuery, Redshift, or Snowflake)
- Excellent communication skills — ability to tell stories with data
