The Role
We are currently looking for a Talent Agent for our agency. The ideal candidate is positive, creative, funny, dedicated, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. They should have a basic understanding of social media marketing, brand partnerships, talent management, talent representation, contract negotiations, and a deep existing network of social media influencers.
Responsibilities include:
* Discovering and signing large influencers seeking business management.
* Collaborating daily with influencers and the talent coordinator to process requests, remind them of posting schedules, and discuss new opportunities.
* Seeking brand partnerships for specific talents.
* Finding collaboration opportunities for our exclusive and other large influencers.
* Staying updated on influencer marketing trends.
* Assisting the Talent team in pursuing new opportunities, such as TV and film casting, app collaborations, and more.
* Presenting and executing growth strategies for influencers.
Required experience:
* At least two (2) years in a client-facing digital, social, PR, or influencer role.
* Basic understanding of talent management and representation of social media influencers or celebrities.
* University degree, college diploma, or equivalent experience.
* Existing deep network of social media influencers, talents, and brands.
* Experience managing brand partnerships and talent management, preferably at an agency.
Applicants must be British citizens or hold a valid work permit.
