Assembly Operative Towcester, Northamptonshire Were currently recruiting for a Assembly Operative to join a growing and friendly team in Towcester. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, has great attention to detail and wants to be part of a supportive company with long-term opportunities. The role involves working with a variety of production and assembly processes including fine soldering, crimping, wiring, testing and quality inspection. Youll be working with technical drawings, hand tools and specialist equipment as part of a busy production environment. Key duties include: Fine soldering and crimping work Testing and quality checking products Packing, labelling and stock control Reading technical drawings and work instructions Using hand tools and production equipment Recording serial numbers and production data Applying coatings and heat shrink General production and assembly tasks ?
