Role Overview:
The role is to manage, develop and progress our Marketing operational systems and processes, working with key stakeholders in Marketing and the wider business to drive programmes of work that improve efficiency, then implement and deliver as part of a structured approach to development
The Senior Martech Administrator, will be responsible for driving the roadmap for and leading execution of developments to our marketing automation infrastructure, with a focus on Marketo, Stensul and Salesforce. This role supports strategic initiatives such as M&A integrations, new software onboarding, and campaign optimisation, while also serving as a technical resource for the broader marketing team.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage and enhance our Marketo environment, ensuring scoring models are optimised, key integrations and built and maintained and our platform continues to deliver the best quality support in line with the strategic objectives of the organisation.
* Be a strategic advisor to Revenue Operations leadership on Marketing technology, ensuring we continue to develop our system infrastructure
* Build and maintain key analytics for marketing teams within Salesforce, enabling visibility into campaign performance, events, and digital marketing efforts
* Work with business stakeholders to analyse and scope new requirements, create statements of work and design and customize our marketing platform to deliver
* Lead and manage the Marketing Operations Roadmap
* Review new and emerging technologies and understand where they add value to our existing infrastructure
* Build and maintain dashboards in Salesforce for marketing performance tracking.
* Lead technical contact with key suppliers such as Adobe, being the key point of contact with suppliers for management and support of our systems
Experience Required:
* 6+ years in marketing or marketing operations, ideally in SaaS
* Deep experience with Salesforce and marketing automation tools (Marketo Certified Expert preferred )
* Strong experience of SalesForce, ideally holding SalesForce Administration qualification or a suitable Marketing Cloud qualification
* At least 3 years experience of technical development of Marketo
* Excellent communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
* Experience using a project management tool (Asana highly preferred)
* Experience of external data tools (Dunn & Bradstreet preferred)
